Law Enforcement Psychological (Act 120 and 235) Evaluations

We provide essential Law Enforcement Psychological Evaluations for both Act 120 and Act 235. The cost for this evaluation is $525, which is required upfront to schedule your appointment. As these are considered occupational assessments and not “medically necessary,” they are not billable to insurance. For your convenience, the evaluation can be completed either in our office or remotely and typically takes 1-2 hours. Please allow up to one week for the final report to be prepared and faxed directly to your applying agency; reports are not released to applicants.

To proceed, we will need the name of the agency you are applying to and the contact information for the agency representative designated to receive the report. Please send us any documentation outlining the agency’s specific requirements immediately so our clinical team can adequately assess the scope of the evaluation. We will also need to know up front if there is any additional paperwork that you may be required to have completed in this process. Payment does not guarantee a passing result, and no refunds are provided for a failed examination. In the event of a same-day cancellation or no-show, a $50 fee will be charged to reschedule.
